Good evening! Thanks for the "activation" Paolo. Loving the forum, which I stumbled upon via a random aged post on Money Saving Expert.
I'm "in tourism" as a camp/glamp site owner, but not yet a holiday rental owner. Although we def will be (maybe via a self-build forum first! ).
I can guess at weekly rental figures by nosing at other entries on websites. But, my jump-in question is how do I guestimate occupancy levels so as to work out a business case?
We're in Lincolnshire which doesn't have the high visitors. But as I've found from the campsite, people still travel from far and wide!
TIA

Hi and welcome
Here is a good place to start with lots of helpful information:

Their statistics were invaluable to me when I wanted to build a case for planning permission for my holiday rental cottage.
