I'm going to adopt this one!

This one wants to come and live with me.
Dear Sir,
I know my letter to you will come as a surprise, but i have to contact
you in this manner because of the urgency of my case which require an
urgent attention. I am Kelvin Gideon Kerkula. The only surviving son of
Chief Matthew M. Kerkula, My dad and other members of my family has
just been killed by the People¢®¯s Liberation Army of Sudan in my
country. But before my dad die in the traditional healer's place where
he was tried to revived traditionally he revealed to me that he hid
15.5 million US dollars in the vault of a security company in Accra
Ghana with my name as the next of kin.
I have just luckily escape from my country through the grace of God to
Ghana with all the necessary documents And have gone to the security
company to claim the boxes, but they said i have to present my foreign
partner as stated in the BOND of CONTRACT by my late father to claim
the money. This is the reason why i have contacted you to be my foreign
business partner .
I really need your help because i am too young and inexperience to
handle this kind of big cash. So therefore i need someone like you to
help me manage the money for me as partner in business until i am
mature enough
If you are interested please get back to me immediately because i want
us to move the money out of Africa immediately to your country where i
will then live with you in your country to complete my education while
you will be managing my money for me until i can now manage my money
myself.
Then we will share the money 70 / 30. 70% for me and 30% for you
I am waiting to hear from you
Your faithfully .
Kelvin Gideon Kerkula
Shall I haggle over the 70/30?

Err, no Kelvin Gideon. If we didn't get 20 emails like this a week - that would be a surprise.

I'd be a tad suspicious of young Kelvin G. First he goes to collect his loot and buy a football club but, when the security company says that he needs a foreign partner as stated in the BOND OF CONTRACT, only then does he decide that he's too young and inexperienced to handle the booty on his own. But he's a quick learner, wish I could get a 70-30 split in my favour from my stock agency.
