Villarenters / Rentalsystems spoofs?

Hi all, especially Villarenters / Rentalsystems users...

Two days ago, I received a booking which failed the automatic booking feature. But their contact details were false, ie Ms test test and a fake phone number. Villarenters have cancelled the booking at my request and without affecting my index.

But I've just had another one, this time an automatic booking from a Mr protxtest protxtest.

I've contacted VR again but has anyone else had anything similar recently?
