scam warning from latelet

I had an email from latelet this morning, warning me of a scammer, one Curtis Benneth, who is messing around on their site. Thought I would warn you all incase he starts on other rental listing sites and their property owners.
Funnily enough, only 10 mins after the warning, I had the email enquiry from Curtis, which came through on my junk mail.
