Watch out for this one!

Hi,
Stop me if you have already come across this scam e-mail! but if not watch out for one from M Alain Fara written in French and asking for a 3 month stay Oct - Jan 09 for him and his wife. I was almost daft enough to reply! I'm not new to renting our gite, but have had a 3 year gap whilst back in England,and had not come across all these scams when renting before. It does make you look at every enquiry carefully though!
On a good note already have 8 weeks booked for next year. How are other finding it?
