We are full in May, also April and June, on target for another good year, fingers crossed.

House looks great, we use Sykes Cottages, they seem to get bad press on this site be we have never had a problem with them.

Well its been a pretty good first year for us, 249 days booked, changeovers have been busy, more so for my wife as i've been away for around 140 days this year. Must stay in the uk next year!

We do accept dogs and have not had any problems at all, we did however have a neg comment because the last guests seemed to think dogs were not allowed to poo in the garden, all we said in the welcome pack was that if they did 'go' on the fake grass or decking was that they pick it up and if needed ...

you'll be fine, we have our second booking in at the moment, first one went well, we got wifi the day they arrived and had to get an aerial half way through their stay, but all was good.
