Zingara, I do understand that "co.uk" doesn't necessarily mean that the business is British. However, I would have thought that with a web address like that, they would have the facility to deal with enquiries in decent English.

I should add - my wife and I are Scottish, and we're RBS customers. What a great wee Scottish firm!
