Hi
I understand you have to pay a penalty fee dependent on how close the booking is, you get an automated review saying you cancelled a booking and you cannot re book those dates.

It's not as easy as just having a website, it reportedly costs OD £5m a year to keep at the top of the google searches. I am getting plenty of bookings through them, I let them handle all the payments which seems to stop all the none payment cancellations some people report, The only down side is I don't get paid until 16th of the following month but for me this isn't a problem.
