Can barbersdrove please explain how in Airbnb you can show that a room has either twin or superking bed(s)? All our rooms are like that and I've never set what sort or beds we have 'cos I've never worked out how.

Thanks for the welcome and detailed responses. What CB has written ties up with my previous understanding of the IVA issue and exemptions. I.e. basically as long as you’re not providing hotel-like services (meals, daily cleaning, room service etc.) there is no VAT to pay. I’m not sure which question...
