Thanks for the welcome and detailed responses. What CB has written ties up with my previous understanding of the IVA issue and exemptions. I.e. basically as long as you’re not providing hotel-like services (meals, daily cleaning, room service etc.) there is no VAT to pay. I’m not sure which question...
