Google my business
Google seems to have changed this very recently as my site which was classified as Self Catering Accommodation always appeared at the top of the search results which accompanied the map when searching for "holiday cottage" and the name of the village. But now when using that search term Go...

Hi Lemontree, I am new to all this and also in Norfolk! We are just about ready to start marketing our cottage in Mundesley, will hopefully be in time for some summer bookings but I'm being realistic that it may be slow this year. At least that will give me time to get to grips with things. We are g...

Airbnb, confused!
I am setting up an Airbnb ad and getting very confused!
On other ads I have seen they have check in, check out times, minimum stay but there is nowhere that I can see where to specify these.
Am I being dim?! If someone could help me please that would be fantastic.

Towel size
Random question!
What size towels do you provide - bath towels or bath sheets? and with a hand towel?

This is a reply to an old post! I am just searching through the site reading up on Terms and Conditions as in the process of doing mine. Would it be ok if I take a look at the ones posted here please? I really have no idea where to start writing them from scratch. It would be really helpful to use s...

Weebly or Promote My Place?
I am trying to decide which of these to use for my website. I'm not very technical so I need something simple to use! I really like the look of the Weebly templates, more so than Promote my Place. But I have read many good things about PMP on here in terms of ease of use. How easy is Weebly to use f...

Thanks so much everybody for your advice, all if it is really helpful. Nemo, thank you for your offer. I found your places I think online while trawling through the accommodation on offer in the area. Your website is great, you must have spent ages developing it. And very successful by the looks of ...

Great to hear from others in my area, Hi and thank you for your advice! The cottage is in Mundesley and we live just 5 miles away so I'll be able to do a lot myself and I have family who will help out too. Before having my children I worked in marketing so I'm really looking forward to getting my we...

Newbie in Norfolk
We are in the process of buying our first holiday let on the Norfolk Coast and I am just getting to grips with things and have to say this forum has been so helpful already. The property is already run as a holiday let and the previous owners have been successful using an agency and airbnb, however ...
