I got a booking for guest that arrived on a friday for 3 nights, booked through our letting agency, the booking was for 10 guest, I have a security camera installed a couple of months ago for the security, any way guest started to arrive and by the evening 14 people had arrived some carrying pillows...

Is PAT testing of electrical goods in a FHL compulsory, can the owner carry out a PAT test and make a note of it in a book or do you need to get an electrician to carry out the testing once every couple years, what's the procedure.

Is anyone on 'pay as you go' gas and electric meters at there Holiday lets, I found that when I was paying quarterly guests must have left all the lights on and central heating on day and night when I worked out how much power they used, thou I think its open to abuse, has anyone had similar problem...
