Sykes have managed to fill all of June for us. Perhaps I need to change to another agent or put our prices up.

We have been going since Apr and all bookings have been through Sykes no problems so far.

Perhaps you should change your advertising to say one dog accepted by prior arrangement with extra charge etc. Otherwise people may be booking on the assumption there has never been a dog in the property when this is clearly not the case now you have accepted a dog.

Thanks for your thoughts. It is a shower over bath so that points to 2. The kitchen is not too small for 4 perhaps. I was thinking with only 2 there would be less wear and rear and also less work on change over. Still wondering what to use the other bedroom for.
