Just received a mail, apparently from VRBO (coming in fact from nicolasexexchange dot club) stating that I got a review on my property. I went through the link just to check and as expected you are supposed to enter your ID and password. Nice try.

Hi Debbie,
generally, you need a SCIA to apply to be registered as a casa e appartamenti per vacanze. Apulia has a regional law (11/1999) that explicitly provides for this.

I am on both. Only a single booking from TA in 4 years; HA was performing very strongly at the beginning, but now gives me one booking per year. Usually my property is booked well in advance through German specific sites.

I got a look at the site....based in India, as usual, and if you click on most pages (e.g. "Advertise with us" or "Help") they simply re-direct you to the home page. I'd stay well away.
