Booking management systems

Fairly new to all this so please bear with me here. I've taken over a complex with 6 cottages that has suffered from a low occupancy rate for quite a while. We've rennovated our cottages, got a new website up and got the surroundings in a good state. So now we are trying to get our name out everywhe...

Hi KHcottage. First of all well done, you've bought a bungalow thats in a great place to attract a lot of holiday makers and having you just 2 minutes away from the property is ideal. Also having the website up is a big job done. As you've only just started your main priorities right now is to get t...

Hi Warren, Well done with your new site, it looks really good! The cottage looks very cosy with the log burner and you can tell everything is to a high standard, I particularly like the image showing the soaps provided, it's the little things that really count! Do not take these as criticisms but I ...

Thanks very much for all the suggestions and guidance, it really has helped me. I've made quite a few changes now including a price list and sorted out my spelling errors! It's always handy to have someone else to look at your site to get a new visitors perspective.

Nice clear design and the accommodation looks great!

The only advice I'd have is to make it more clear where your gallery is as thats what most people first look for to get an idea of the place.

But its clear to see why you're well booked for this season :) !

Thanks Russle, good luck with the campaigning. I agree that blogging is a good use of time.

That's interesting Arkvilla.

How did you get 2000+ likes without advertising?

I've paid for a couple of adverts on facebook and had limited success. The benefit of paying (known as "boosting") a facebook post is that it reaches people who probably wouldn't have heard of your company before and can attract new business. Whereas posting something without boosting will...

I know the photo quality isnt good, we're getting a professional photographer in soon to take better pictures, I just had to get up wha...

I think its a good website, its easy to navigate from page to page and you've added a lot of extras like local information and lots of maps. I agree with Larry that it took a while to load. I also agree that some of the cottages look a lot more appealing than others from the outside. So I would sugg...
