Instagram is a great place to promote especially if you love taking photos, maybe a YouTube channel if you have the time or inclination to promote that way.

Not sure if any of you use https://www.canva.com/or not but thought it was worth a mention for those of you who'd like to create adverts etc and experiment with fonts etc when promoting your property.
