Lay My Hat

We bought white towels (Egyptian cotton from Dunelm) to start with but our housekeeper said go darker as we suffered lots of mascara, fake tan and make up stains. So we replaced them over time with a lovely silvery grey (same make). Now we get lots of patches from bleach use. Can't win!

Thanks for your thoughts on this. We have offered the guest a discount on their stay and a further discount if they return. Our agent has warned the next guests who have chosen to come regardless and we are told the noisy work will be over by the end of the week, fingers crossed. I think it is fair ...
