Your.Rentals is a platform for Vacation Rental Management , in which you could list your property and is a commission based system.
So, you could add your holiday house also on Booking.
I don't like this listing system, but I suppose it could be useful to take your calendar of bookings updated.

i received something very similar (just another name, the guest was a lady from Germany) 2 days ago, from tripadvisor...
I send her a reply, asking the number of guests... No answers.
this morning tripadvisor sent me a warning message about this "suspicious email", most likely a scam.
