Electronic complaints book

Hi, anyone know how to register for an electronic compliance book as a rental property owner? Apparently its a new law that must be adhered to by July!

Holiday let for 2-3 months = licence?

Hi,
We are registered with Portuguese authority's for short term lets (AL), but have recently had an enquiry from UK couple looking to rent our apartment for 3 months next winter.

Does anyone know what licence (if any) we need to rent out for this period of time please?

Regards

Stuart

Reviews - critics - supporters - please

Hi, had no idea about where to start but with Alan's videos managed to get our website up and running, with good feedback (and bookings from friends and colleagues). But now would appreciate fellow owners with years of experience to cast their professional eye over it please..... https://www.fairway...

Timer or not

Thanks to all the advice, much appreciated. Just thinking that the electricity will be turned off when the property is vacant, so could be weeks or few months without use (winter). So how to ensure the timer works correctly once power restored by cleaners the day before guests arrive?

Electric water heater.....timer or not?

Hi, is it better to have a timer on the electric water heater and have it heated twice a day for certain periods of time, or keep on all time? Anyone noticed differences to electricity bills?
