Booking.com today debited my account for £127.50 commission. This is correct and expected. However they also helped themselves to another £550 which they say they cannot find on their system. Hi, do you have a holiday let insurance policy? Public liability is normally included in this. If you have a landlords gas service plan then a safety cert should come as part of it.
