Sunbeam. That was the attitude I got from them today. They couldn’t do anything that wasn’t on there script. If they said I understand once they must have said it twenty times. But really they hadn’t a clue what to do.

Yes I did read about the change. My gripe really is the difficulty in contact them and there staff who just don’t have a clue. I just can’t understand as everything is in my dashboard so they can obviously see that.

Thanks for the link. Giving 6 months free is a great idea. But I have just done an Internet search and gave up after page 10. Is it only advertised on the Internet ? Free but if no one can find it, what's the point.

We have just introduced an optional charge. Clients can choose before their holiday starts. Either to "pack and go" or to leave the place clean and tidy.
