Hi GG, great to hear from you. I don't post here much as I think I'm out of things to say really but thought I'd say "hi". The big guys do not work for us as we are unwilling to jump through their hoops; dinosaurs, heads in the sand,maybe so?

We wouldn't rent anywhere without parking either. We are looking now to rent a place in Suffolk but I always put parking and WIFI in the search criteria.

Very sad. I've been with OD for years. They used to be great, now they are awful for me. The new site took a while and change of password to get in, then a load of " how great are we" blurb. Not great for an owner with just one property, maybe OK for multiple units ? I shall not renew this...

Yep, here too about 80% of the bookings are done by the female and maybe in about 25% of these bookings it is the male who actually does the money transfer.

Bordeaux- Paris cycle Race is making a come back this year after 25 years. Should be a great race and for a worthy cause :

I had a phone call from them yesterday saying my house looked like exactly the sort of property they would like to advertise on Chez Nous. I told him that was just as well, he still didn't get it until I spelled it out that we ALREADY advertise with them, unsuccessfully I might add!!
