Update on the Barking Dog as posted previously we had neighbours who were long let tenants who had a small Barking Dog which they left unattended on the balcony whilst they were at work. working hours seemed to be a split shift.. 8pm to 4am then about 10am -4pm 6 days a week and the young dog barked...
