Update on the Barking Dog as posted previously we had neighbours who were long let tenants who had a small Barking Dog which they left unattended on the balcony whilst they were at work. working hours seemed to be a split shift.. 8pm to 4am then about 10am -4pm 6 days a week and the young dog barked...

Have sent for 2 as we have a big problem atm with a small barking dog on the complex. It is left on the balcony all night.. owners out working from 8pm to 4 pm.. and it barks constantly. My understanding is that for an additional premium (which we have taken) they do include accidental damage to furnishings etc caused by renters and they also include £2 MILLION third party liability cover.
