And it's sold again. Hopefully this lot will complete. As a warning to potential buyers who pay their deposit and then change their mind without including any get-outs in the C,d. V. You will lose your deposit ,all 10% of it.

We have found that to deal with any problems,Tax/CPAM/Mutuelle etc, a visit to the office with as much info as possible to hand is the quickest and most painfree way of sorting things out. Luckily for us all the required offices are within 10 minutes and every person we have dealt with has been help...
