You may want to look into Search Engine Optimization techniques. If it is not broken, do not fix it, it appears that you have adequate information for travelers. I prefer FP...I use FP03. I have submitted my URL and waited and waited and waited...because you do not want to upset the DMOZ gods with resubmitting.

There is a lady in Daytona Beach who handles other's rentals.
Gets them a renter - Handles the money - Pockets a $50/ rental fee.
If you are "assisting" with 5 or 10/week that is a signifigant amount to add to your own coffers.
This would be worth looking into.

I follow my e-mails very closely and delete thru the day...so it is not an issue for me.
It is all done thru e-mail including lessons and questions.
