I offer repeat guests 10 perc off if they book again. I send all my guests an email a few days after their stay asking for a TA review as well as informing them of my repeat guest email policy. We often get repeat guests this way.

Me? I wouldn't bother. It is only 30 squidsafterall. But thats just me :-) I give discounts all the time. Bums in beds is always better than none.

I've been using pims for almost a year now and its been an absolute pleasure. I'm not sure how I ever managed without it before. The task management and email template functionality are a blessing.
