Holiday Lettings
Not sure what is going on with Holiday Lettings. I have been extremely disappointed with enquiries/bookings through them. I have done better with free listings. To add insult to injury I had a telephone call tonight from someone who was interested in renting our villa for 3 weeks September-October t...

Flexible Bookings
We don't have changeover days at any of our properties. Sometimes we have odd days inbetween bookings and other times somebody slots in for a couple of days between bookings - and I'm always amazed when that happens. With Spain, there are so many flights to Alicante and Murcia (we are inbetween the ...

Bookings for 2008
I also got my first booking for 2008 about 3 weeks ago, although this is fairly normal for the apartment in Spain as it is popular and gets booked up pretty quickly.

Refund?
It is their responsibility to have taken out insurance and if they haven't then this is not down to you. Normally insurance covers all the people who would be travelling with the person with medical problem. What you could do is tell them how sorry you are and that although you are unable to make a ...

It happened to me. It wasn't Holidaylettings, but their own personal website. Luckily the website designer had a small advert at the bottom of their page - oh boy, did I let him have it? He was actually very apologetic and said the owners gave him the text. I then tracked them down and they did chan...

Thanks for taking the time to review the website. I have tried the mouse-over on the photos on the home page, and nothing is happening, so not sure how I can change this so it suits all browsers etc. You are write about the pool photo at Villa Katife. So frustrating, weather had been fantastic all w...

2007
Looks like 2007 is going to be a bumper year - we have 3 bookings for July/August at our apartment in Spain and 2 bookings for one of our villas in Turkey + an enquiry received yesterday. Shame about 2006 - still hoping for some late bookings - according to a travel expert it's because of the World ...

Hi Vrooje Thanks for your comments. However, it is villas-apart.net I wanted reviews on, I didn't realise my information still showed the co.uk one - however I am glad that has been highlighted as I have now changed to over. Would you be so kind as to do a review on the villas-apart.net website as t...

Please tell me what you think
I constantly make changes, updating photos etc but have reached the stage where I can't be objective about it anymore. Please tell me what you think and if you think there are areas I can improve on. To me it is logical and all makes sense, but then I know it inside out. I would love to know your th...

Flexible Arrival Days
I let people book arrival / departure days to suit themselves all year for our properties in Spain and Turkey. It seems to work quite well for us. We may get an odd few days when the property is empty, but not many really. In fact just recently one guest was leaving on the Monday afternoon and the n...

I agree with Knightowl, too. I only post if I think I can help or have something worthwhile to contribute. Regarding people outside LMH, can we not deal with that at a later date as I think it's going to be a pretty big project just for the LMH members in the interim. I think the future will depend ...

Have a look at Freewebs. I have done mine on here and it is pretty easy to use - you don't have to have any knowledge of html etc. I tried it out for free to start with but this is quite limited in pages and paragraphs and also after awhile they start putting adverts on. You can choose your own doma...

Hi Paul
I like your website, easy to use, however, if I was looking to book your apartment I would want to see more internal photos and also they're quite small.
Good luck
Jo
