In the first year i would make a bigger budget for advertising, say raise to 1000 Euro to set up a website and advertise across a number of rental sites.

Is there a tourist tax to pay in your area?
Have a contingency?
You may need additional features if you rent out, i.e broadband?

French-gite-dordogne will cover a number of bases. Do searches around your chosen names, based on area and what you have i.e french-holiday-rental or holiday-home-france

When you have a name, consider other names and you can still point them to the same site.

we have availability from the Monday after Christmas to the Saturday 1st jANUARY, the apartment can sleep up to 9 so they would have to bring friends or parents!
