Hi i don't like the fact its called "my" ....... it puts guests off ! "our" is a much more inclusive word.
Some of the photo's wording was obscured.
Just a couple of comments.
Kind Regards
Derek

Hi congratulations, and great excitement for you. We took the plunge about 4 years ago and brought in Kaprun. But we did look at Zell am See and we would be happy with either location. In terms of a cleaner / manager our developer found one, which worked well. But we eventually found another person ...

Agree with the above Seoquake, Alexa, or Statcounter will give you an idea on how your site is performing. There is also google analytics. Think of your site, as part of a big spiders web and your job is to link up all the pieces and get the strands to lead to your property in the middle of the netw...

In time my website will be a stand alone website, and the plan is to drop other websites along the way. But until fully booked with loads of repeat bookings it is still a long way off. Probably spending around £1000 PA on marketing at the moment. Most of my enquiries now come via my blog, so that is...

Very good luck with your venture. With a lot a work i feel sure you will do well. ASAP i would suggest you get your website off the ground. Google takes time to find you and the sooner you start the better. A blog on the area, perhaps including the story of the build linking back to your website wil...

Hi yes that's my understanding, there was a case EU and UK holidays are being treated the same. Again my understanding, that the overall benefits are to change from the end of this financial year. The last Government had proposals, changed by this Government, you will no long be able to offset holid...

My understanding that the company claim that you can reclaim tax on the common parts, i.e. communal lift, communal heating, communal car parking, communal grounds / staircases corridors. That a % of your purchase covers this and the tax on this aspect can be reclaimed. Still trying to get my head ar...

Holiday Revolution late bookings & 10% fee any fgood?
Hi, Just had an email from
holidayrevolution.com/cms/page/1
The principle is you register on site, the late availability you have they then take a 10% fee if successful. Any good? penny for your thoughts.
Kind regards
Derek

Lovely property and enjoyed very much reading about the history of the place, in the newspaper article link. Ditto the comments. You may wish to consider a more memorable name for your site. If i had to find the site again would struggle to remember the site name. Your Alexa ranking is quite low, so...
