After his last e-mail I told him bank transfer or nothing and he hasn't been in touch since, think it answers itself, most certainly some sort of scam.

I charge 10 euro per week per person for bed linen and towels, if they stay 2 weeks I charge 20 euro and do one change . I do give the option of bringing their own but nobody takes this up unless they are Italian and are arriving by car. Everybody has been happy with this and ask how I get my towels...

you need to get it translated in Italian.
We have got 1 in English and 1 in Italian.
If they are not Italian we send the English one pretty standard stuff and they always sign it and send it back.
