Why return all the deposit if its clear the kid wet the bed AND the parents knew? Surely you'll need to buy a new mattress? Maybe they cleaned everywhere else as a sweetener. If you want them back don't mention anything (If I was mrs guest I'd not return due to embarrassment) if you don't want them ...

I have a ryanair cash passport which effectively expires tomorrow. I like many used it to avoid the £6 per person per flight cost. My understanding is that debit cards should be free to use as there is effectively no charge to the company and that is what the OFT were trying to do. Other airlines ha...

Yes they definately don't come through. But that has got me thinking. When I set the phone up originally I set it up so that I selected 'Fetch New Data' - 'Manually' on the email settings. Maybe I'll switch it to every 15/30 mins next time so they come through automatically. Oh dear, no excuse to go...

Yes I agree with Felicity - I had a Blackberry before the iphone and I liked the fact that emails just kept popping into my inbox. When I first got the iphone I was a bit annoyed that they didn't do that. However, as time went on, I became happier as I wasn't constantly looking at my emails, and wou...

I have an iphone and I am with O2. Every time I go abroad I get a message telling me what the charges will be for texts, calls and data. O2 now have a cap on data charges of £1.99 per day, so if you forget to turn your data roaming off you will only be charged a couple of pounds a day. If you want t...

Thanks Pepsipus, very useful information. I don't want phone so that's not an issue. I'd spotted the 50/100 connection fee depending on if you go for the holiday package. Not realised the monthly fee was plus IVA (!). It is really a holiday home for us, with a few weeks rental in the summer - you kn...

My holiday home is in Palomares Almeria, I've been looking at Next Communications in Turre, and they have an offer where its €25 per month, reducing to €2.95 (ish) for the months you don't need it so ideal if you want to switch off for the winter, or odd months etc. Has anybody used it? Any good or ...

Well it's only a week away so if you want to shift it how about offering what you might offer to a repeat? I would say 10% might be a good reduction. And that email was very nicely worded too. A bird in the hand and all that! If mr guest really wants to stick to budget fifty euros off won't shift hi...

I had my one and only enquiry through this site a couple of months back, and they booked - three weeks in the summer! I did however figure out how they found us, they had stayed on the complex next to use a year ago and wanted to stay in our complex so they had searched for the complex by name. I ca...
