Hi Valleyofsun,
I have just received my licence last week & my gestor applied in June 2018. I am in Valencia.
Think there was a massive backlog to get through.
Definitely get a gestor as others have suggested.

Thanks Greenbarn, this looks like an excellent solution. My area is generally safe so no problem with handbags being snatched etc.... Hi all, thanks for all the replies. Definitely thinking of keeping the mortice lock wen the property is not occupied. The system that Greenbarn has suggested looks excellent.
