The navigation isn't uniform either. If you go to any of the individual gites, there isn't an option to go back to the homepage. Hi la vache, the navigation was there but I see what you mean so have added the word home to the gites and B&B tab, do you think it makes it any clearer. Re the chang...

Hi Hanorah Have had a look at your site and the page source. Can see what you are trying achieve and the look is coming along nicely but there are loads of layout and code issues which will stop your site working properly. One of the major ones is that your meta tags are in the wrong place, they sho...

Hi kitkat

Bit late on the thread but thought I would comment anyway.

Agree with others that the site looks and works well but the picture at the top needs to reflect your area and the blog links on side of pages are a bit to much.

Hope it works well for you.

Exchange rate

We held our Euro price at same as last year, but fixed an exchange rate to UK pounds at 1.20 as this is our main market.Think this has helped to attract bookings.

Hi Mike Think your website looks really great but agree that text is to small and also agree with HenryG that the site needs rebuilding in HTML for SEO. Think that as you have already done the design work and have all the text and images the cost of sorting out should be around half what Henry sugge...

I agree about the single currency use. The site was in pounds but I changed it to euros with special conversion rate because of the falling pound. This fixes my pprice and is easy to adjust if I ned to.

Must have missed an instance of £.

Will update the £2.50 on booking form, that was the exchange rate when I first designed the form ! And where to now ?

Will make some time to change the prices page, you are not alone in disliking the garish colours.

Thanks for your help.

I think the second version is much more enticing to the holidaymaker but am glad you say that you will put the picture of the house back on another page.

Don't tuck it away, it's a nice house and your clients will want to see it somewhere prominent.

Just to add weight to those that say don't discount, we run high season just into September and would not offer a discount at this stage.
