Thats how its going to benefit SamV, if more and more people advise them of 'dodgy' guests then more & more have the opportunity to not accept the booking in the first place. However if people think i will wait until their data base is quite substantial (which maybe it is, i don't know) before j...

IT WON'T, read your documents when they come through, check its what your really want, if not you still have chance to cancel ...

Hi Yorkshire Lass

One thing that i would make sure was included in your insurance (although i am sure you will have it in place by now) is public liability insurance.
The last thing you need is someone knocking on your own door wanting compensation for anything.

However all seem to be giving sound advise and there is still ample time to get bookings for the 2/3 days theres always people hanging back and booking late ...

Hi Apexblue

It does look a decent site but there are cheaper out there that do offer more for less financial outlay.
They don't have an availability calendar showing for the properties which i feel alays helps and encourages bookings.

I must admit i am not one for Facebooking however maybe i would be if i was convinced it would work for bookings.
I thought Facebook was for people you know, friends, aquantences etc. Don't these people already know you have a property to rent out or am i still in the 20th century?
