TA emailed twice this week (before the take-overs) we were originally on both Flipkey and HL) to say they've now changed our terms to 20% deposit & 40 days balance payment, when I look at our listings there is no longer any option to amend those terms nor can I see anywhere on their site to cont...

They approached me offering a free listing trial recently, I didn't bother as we prefer to avoid the family market, but its worth asking if still available

Would anyone who has been offered 25% discount by Chez Nous and free gallery &/or weblink for 2016 early renewal be willing to pm me their CN property reference?

They have just offered me 20% with no added freebies; I would like some ammunition to go back to them and ask for a better deal.

Well I managed to log in after having had to unlink my OD account from an old (2010) HA account set up when they took over and ruined HR. Then got a 404 message saying "Oh no! we can't find the page you're looking for. Let's start over from the inbox." That takes me to the set up page wher...

Same thing happened to me on friday when I tried to re-activate a lapsed listing using the discount code. Still not had a reply from OD after reporting the issue - I suspect they won't respond until the 40% offer expires.

Thanks to LV's advice we recently got an intracommunautaire TVA number from our local Impots. I checked with them when they issued it that we could use it to buy goods/services from other EU states net of TVA and that it did not change our non TVA status within France. We do not have to show TVA in ...

They phoned me this week to see if I had decided to go ahead yet. I said probably not, as their rates are too steep for us, nice as it would be to be a 'special place'. No mention of any discount, or trial period, just a repeat of what their website now offers. Really not interested on adding anythi...

We listed with them from 2006 until May this year, when I didn't renew. Originally they delivered very well (particularly with Australian guests) this started to decline from late 2009 and dropped off to almost nothing in 2011, hence the decision not to stay with them. I had a similar experience wit...

Now sorted, went back and asked MMA again and negotiated along the lines suggested for MAIF - as our 2nd & 3rd homes, so that the claim rests with us rather than guests - and they agee this cover extends to uninsured paying guests. Tried Intrasure, they could offer the cover but were quoting alm...

Thanks for the various companies to try. LV not sure if it's just our local branch of CA being dim but they don't seem to know about it. I will check out Intasure and MAIF, hadn't gone to the latter as MMA (who do our car) told me mutuelles don't offer 'pour le compte' guarantees! Have got a couple ...

Having done a bit more research I think we need a policy for the gites that covers pour le compte de qu il appartiendra with an abandon de recours clause. If anyone has this type of policy which insurer offered it? Neither MMA and Credit Agricole get where I coming from on this, would really appreci...
