I only ever collect lead bookers details (use airbnb), I have the QR code printed out, we are offsite so I have no way of knowing who has/hasn't scanned it. Do I leave a piece of paper and ask for everyone's contact details then destroy it after 21 days? If the NHS come and ask me for those details ...

Cancelling Homeaway subscription??
I am getting less and less bookings from this site and am just not happy with the way it is managed, when my subscription renews I think I will cancel, however I have a booking from them for next year, what happens to that booking? I'm guessing they won't let me contact that guest??

I'm going to strip back a bit, take away the children's toys i normally leave but not the books, up to visitors if they want to touch them or not. I am wondering about bedding. We can't launder duvets and pillows after every visit-they have to be dry cleaned and this is just impossible to manage eve...

Will we be open this summer? Views please
I have been asked to rent my house for the next 6 months to a keyworker, I have bookings throughout the summer which I would have to cancel, but will these bookings even happen?
I know no one has a crystal ball but what are people's views. Is this summer a right off?

Anyone had any contact from Air BNB about the payouts?
We should be eligible for a payout under their grant scheme for cancelled bookings as we had the whole of April/May full of Air BNB bookings that have been cancelled.
They say they will be in contact, anyone heard anything yet?
Anyone been invited to apply for the hardship grant for Superhosts?

This seems to be so unfair. Northumberland council asked for your rates number to prove you pay business rates and that was it, no accounts, no proof of lettings! These councils have millions and millions to give away, I suspect they may be hoping to hang onto to some of that money for other things.

Synching a calendar-help!
Has anyone managed to fathom out how to synch their calendar from Homeaway with airbnb? I have found the url that I'm supposed to use (I think!) but airbnb doesn't seem to recognise it. Anyone any ideas?

Guest stayed in wrong house!!!
 You really couldn't make it up! Had a guest this week that I have had quite a few texts from due to the bad weather. She texted on Friday asking if we had a shovel she could borrow to dig her car out. Sent my caretaker (who lives along the street) along with said shovel, he phoned me from th...

Rhodes Classical Sites??
Anyone know Rhodes particulary well? We are holidaying there in August and my daughter is doing Classics 'A' Level at the moment so wondered if there are any archeological sites/museums that we should visit/not bother with!
Thanks x
