I am wondering though if this will cause a problem with the people who have already booked in July at the higher price?? Yes, you can bet on that! Nobody likes to pay more for the same service if he can pay less. Maybe it is a good idea to reduce the rates with a kind if "last minute" off...

What if they brake someting and you are not able to refund the full amount of the deposit send with PayPal! Does PP charges you the fee of 3,4% in this case? Who is paying this then?

The site does a machine translation of your text, but its awfull. Yow are free to put an eglish text in the german and in the polish versions of your ad, but this doesnt help a lot. I think the people want the read their own language. That is why we finaly found someone who tranlsated our English ad...

How do you return the damage deposit if you collect them by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. I mean all of them cost you several persents (2-5% usually) and if you reurn the deposit in fully (100%) you actually loose money??? Happens all the time. Now with the credit crunch mostly from UK and Polish people. French and Germans are fine with the rates. We did some discounts in the past to attact holidaymakers but dont do it now and have more bookings :/) More annoying are people who want to arrive 8 people in our property ...

I don't update the calender at all as we have several properties in the same community and paracically we always have availability for our adverts. We are also receiving thousands of equiries (OK, maybe hundreds) and we are almost always able to confirm availability and price to..... never hear from...
