We supply a safe and as far as I know most of our guests use it. The guest can put in their own code. I have a back up key hidden in the house just in case the guest forgets the code he entered and our MC also has a back-up key. Ours is bolted to the floor and wall of the master bedroom closet. If y...

I accept the Homeaway payments. It is up to you to return the damage deposit. On the "payment" section, click on the guest's name and the payment information should show up. Mine usually has a red sentence that says "Don't forget to return the damage deposit" I just click on that...

I am having this problem and when I contacted Homeaway they wanted to know what browser I was using. I am using Chrome. They said to try from another computer. I still have the problem but I find that after I try and edit the rates, when I hit edit for the third or fourth time then it automatically ...

We provide pool towels for the number of guests that our home sleeps. (7) We find that having them all with the same design helps when the guest take the towels to the community pool. When they are checking that they have everything when leaving the pool area, they know that the towel belongs to us....

I use to allow 48 hours but now allow only 24. This way, if I have another inquirer asking me to send the booking form for the same dates, I tell them that I have already sent the booking form to a guest but would they like to go on a waiting list in case the first guest does not go ahead with the b...

Hi I really like your site. Easy on the eyes and nice clear pictures. Only thing I might change would be the Price page as it comes up as very light grey and difficult to see. Can it be made as dark as the rate table? When you click on the rate table, that page comes up much darker. Looks like a nic...

Hi I am spending some time reviewing some sites that have asked for reviews as I will someday put my site up for review. I don't know the technical ins and outs but I do know what appeals to me when I first see it. I really like your site. I think your pictures are very inviting. I would make the pr...

Hi Just a few things that stood out for me as I looked at the site. I thought at first the pictures at the bottom of the home page were too drab. Why did you shade them out? I think you give lots of information on your properties and the places seem nice and clean but I think you need to put more so...

Hi. I think you did a good job. I am giving my review from the point of a potential guest as my husband and I travel quite a bit and use websites to pick our home. I like your larger font and your pictures are very clear. You can see from the pictures that the home is nice and clean. The black block...

Hi. The review I am giving on your site is from the perspective of a potential guest. I am searching for a place for our vacation next year so have been looking at lots of sites. First, I noticed that you did not have many photos of the interior of the home. I need to see what the bedrooms look like...

Your place looks lovely. I did find your main page very busy. I did not know where to look first because I was trying to read and look at changing pictures at the same time. I don't know how many people would take the time to scroll down to see your desciption. (the one with pinkish background). The...

Theoharis I had a look at your site and it looks as though your homes are in a very peaceful area. I don't know much about the technical side of web sites but I know what I would be looking for as a guest searching. One little thing (very little) in one of your pictures of Elia House; the bathroom h...

Getaway Earth

I just signed up for the free listing on this site. Easy to do and Andy was very helpful with a little problem I had. It's nice to know there is someone actually answering emails when you have a problem. (a problem of my own doing). Don't know if I will get inquiries but it is always good to have a ...
