Hi everyone
I thought creating a business page on Facebook was free but when I read their info about advertising it says you can choose your advertising budget. Now I'm confused.

One of my properties appeared twice and when I rang HomeAway to query it they said it was because I was also on Owners Direct. I asked them to delete that one which they did straight away. I thought holiday makers would find it a bit suspicious to have two separate listings for the same house.

We have used two photographers for our places in Olvera and Jimena de la Frontera, in Cadiz Province. One of them is an Airbnb photographer but we used him for our own website only. Both photographers were very good. One lives near Manilva and one lives in Jimera de Libar.

AirBnB photos

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the order of the photos? The first one appears in the search results but I want to change it to another and I can't see an option to do it like you can with Owners Direct/Homeaway etc.

I think we are more more picky since becoming holiday let owners. We spend the whole break discussing how we could do it better!

AirBnB minimum stay

Hi
I've just put a new listing on AirBnB and they have put that the minimum stay is 1 night. I want to change this to 3 nights but I can't see how to do this - does anyone know?

Thanks in advance

Karen

Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals

Hi Just out of interest I googled the names of my two rental properties to see where they appeared in search results and was amazed to see them both listed on this site which I have never heard of. It's an American site and they say they use part of the rental money to donate to animal charities. Th...

Key safes

Hi It doesn't happen very often luckily but if we have guests who have a late flight and then have to wait for care hire etc they don't arrive until after 10pm and our property manager is not that happy, as you can imagine. I wonder about using a key safe just on the occasions where the guests are g...

Is this spam?

Hi I've just received an enquiry for the house from andbrian@gmail.com He just gives the dates he's interested in - not how many guests and he doesn't mention in the email where he has seen our advert. The strange thing is - where did he get my email address? Our own website has a contact form. I al...

We had loads of bookings from them last year but hardly any enquiries this year so far. Still early days though as I mostly get French enquiries and they leave it until the last minute.
