I wish we had the burka here. I'm covered in psoriasis, had a huge flare up this past month and can't go out of the house without covering up from head to toe without people staring and kids pointing. Our law states that people who ride a motorcycle must wear a helmet, and if it is imposed (rightly) on everybody else then it should apply to everybody, surely? I don’t think that any government should impose such a law because the only person who will be damaged by not wearing a helmet will be the...

This thing about burqas and not knowing who your neighbours are: we swapped a house with a family from Stoke Newington recently, now that`s an interesting area, lots of people in long black coats and hats with curly sideburns, all with beards, all going to their own shops, completely ignoring anyon...

FLY, since you don't appear to be willing to give helpful advice, I can't help wondering if you simply intended to stir things up by posting such a broad and harsh criticism.
