I think you need to keep the top menu frozen to the top.
It disappears as soon you scroll down.

Think you should choose a colour scheme too.

As you've already got a site you'll soon have something put together just be copying content across.

How are you fellow Turkish apartment owners finding interest for next year?

We've had nothing from the web yet, but have booked most peak weeks to friends and family.
As these weeks have now gone, not sure what interest we'll get.
