"and an enquiry is not a booking".

Precisely.

I shall not be taking up this offer having read all the various postings on this subject. Thank you all for confirming my decision.

I was just about to post an enquiry regarding this email promotion from Ryanair regarding pre-pay per enquiry. With no track record to go on, why should I want to pre-pay? There are precisely 5 properties in the Poitou-Charentes region shown on the Perfect Getaways website (one in Charente and the o...

I've just gone onto SFR(Neuf) from Orange/France Telecom and so far so good. I chose them because their website was easier to navigate and also because I had a recommendation from my webmaster. Fingers crossed.

Gites de France vs Clevacances

I would like to get more French/EU customers into my gites. Do any of you have experience of Gites de France vs Clevacances? GdF seem pretty expensive and I don't want to register if it is going to have adverse effects on taxation (see topic re taxe de sejour - if the authorities do that to me I sha...

So no one has used Your Holiday Rentals yet? I was looking for anyone's experience of the site to see whether it would be worth paying for advertisements.
