I cant see anywhere to input my bank details manually other than the screen asking for my bank passwords.

Can you remember how you did that as otherwise how do I get the funds?

Hi Tavi, no not joking, take a look........... its right near the beginning of the signing up process.

Why is everything so difficult? or is it just me

During the set up I was asked to select my bank and then to give all my online login details of my bank including personal access code.............meaning anyone/someone somewhere could access that bank account.

I have a Securitas Direct monitored system.

I disable it remotely from my phone when guests are in the villa.

Had it for ten years with great service from them.

They could of course have been fishing for info e.g. to copy your T&C............. or something else.

I also had a similar request this year (2015) and stupidly replied and was also turned down.

I shall not do the same again.

We have been with Cajamar (Rural Caja) for past 3 years, previous experiences with BBVA and Banco Popular led us to change each time. With the first two banks everything was great all the time we knew the manager, when he went there were problems. I find the Cajamar online banking easy to use as well.
