Card payments are a must I think the way the world is these days, I think we have to embrace the fact rather than shy away from it.
There is also the security factor which has got to encourage the customer surely.

You don't know if the agreement is with the agent or the owner though unless you are one of them. Villa renters for eg ensure that the agreement is with the owner.
