I completely see what you are saying regarding having all the towels the same colour. When we have gusts at home each couple gets the same colour.

Mouse - how did you know what colour it was! Or is it that you just like mocha?

I have done exactly that, one month security deposit and one month before she moves in along with 50€ per month electricity, to be settled up at the end. As one person on her own, 6 months up front would be too much
