You make it all sound so simple, Lindisfarne  . How many hours do you spend on Twitter every day? About 30 minutes a day :) Well I will challenge you there about lists and #hour because rather than be a worry - they were the best thing I found to get me started! My reply was really directed to...

We get weekly bookings from Twitter so it works very well and compliments our other advertising sources

They take nothing which is better than commission based listing sites for advertising such as Booking.com etc.

The next day we received a follow up e mail saying 'Oops' they had made a mistake an it was in fact £35 per night Everybody is human it would seem ! Actually we are...

A friend of mine gets 90% of his bookings via Twitter

He is a master at it and it costs him nothing apart from his time

Appreciate some people hate it but it does work ! - No advertising fees and no commissions paid to agencies

Think about it...................

Have your general T&C's on your booking information page and then quite rightly as part of your booking process have a tick box to confirm the guests have Read and Agree to the T&C's

Once set up that's it :)

The cream will always rise to the top :)

Booking patterns are as unpredictable as the weather

In terms of the drop in evening traffic on websites could this be due to the rise in catch up TV which is so popular now ?
