we leave out 2 tea towels per week plus a kitchen roll as well as leaving a drawer full of spare ones (with an apron!) some weeks the drawer is empty while others untouched. Have even had some guests who having used all then put a wash on with them before they left in case we didnt have any more :sh...

I had the same one, our property number wasn't right so made me double check but no sign in our dashboard and the links and return email didnt look right but easy to be fooled if you arent concentrating.

I use ones from ikea and superU depending on the size and height of the mattresses. ikea = 90*200 superU = 90*190
neither seem to rustle IMHO as someone else said the superU ones have a little test square on the outside of the packet.
