Well cottages.c have set a record with me,not one booking .They suggested I greatly reduce rates to get reviews.Apart from that no help at all.I leave very shortly ,thank goodness I got my own bookings.If they can’t get bookings or Feel cottages are not ideal holiday lets they should say so.

Silly question maybe but how are they collecting it ,or have you to send it. I ask all guests to sign ,never had anyone refuse as they understand it is a reasonable request for a valid reason.
Guests who are difficult over my rules I can do without ,

I state my t&c has to be signed to meet insurance rules by not signing I cannot accept booking as my insurance would be void.
I have been asked once and told them my property and themselves are at risk and my rules are not changeable.
