Well cottages.c have set a record with me,not one booking .They suggested I greatly reduce rates to get reviews.Apart from that no help at all.I leave very shortly ,thank goodness I got my own bookings.If they can’t get bookings or Feel cottages are not ideal holiday lets they should say so.

Silly question maybe but how are they collecting it ,or have you to send it. We have had a similar problem with a piece of agricultural equipment ,if they pay you by bank transfer they have to trust you to send the item or they pay by another method and you have to trust them. HA paid me the rental charge and security deposit ,leaving me to refund the guest as per my t&c. The guest left I refunded the deposit but HA also refunded it seems. I have only just found out about this, Today I still have no payment for guests this year as my payments are still on hold but yes...

+1 I too have not posted again ,due to the comments made . I live and work in Britain, I have a right to vote which ever way I see fit and do not have to justify myself ,explain myself,give reasons to third parties.I have reasons for voting the way I did but I certainly don't attack the remain voter...

I ask all guests to sign ,never had anyone refuse as they understand it is a reasonable request for a valid reason.

I state my t&c has to be signed to meet insurance rules by not signing I cannot accept booking as my insurance would be void.
I have been asked once and told them my property and themselves are at risk and my rules are not changeable.
