Hi Nemo, Nope I am paying £45 per month for a year, and that's it. If I want to continue with upgrades and support, I can then pay a yearly subscription (much smaller), but I doubt I'll need to. I was initially concerned about the price - but I get the software on my computer, not on the cloud, whic...

Thanks for the replies everyone. I've clearly got a bit of research and some thinking to do. Just to clarify, we moved back a week after Christmas, and so far only two evenings have heard loud artillery guns. We do however have helicopters that pass by maybe once every hour or so during the daytime....

Noise!

Hi all, I recently posted about our plans to start up a holiday letting apartment from our home in Wiltshire. Having moved back to the house a month ago, we are becoming increasingly aware of the noise from the Salisbury Plains, which we are nestled within. Basically, the Salisbury Plains are the tr...

Hi, I found them on google, when searching for holiday letting software. Funnily enough it was through their website that I found this forum! It was their accounting side, along with (what I consider) to be a cleaner UI that attracted me to their software. I've taken the plunge and gone ahead with g...

HLS Solutions?

Hi, I am not in anyway affiliated to the software, however I am impressed with what they offer. Why is it I can't seem to find any mention of it on this website? I know that PIMS seems to be the keen favourite on here, thanks e-richard - I have looked at your product and it's great, but I also want ...

Hi Barbersdrove - thanks for the advice, we are definitely unsure of how to approach this, and to hear you have been through a similar experience is encouraging. In theory the garden would lend itself nicely to being zoned off, but getting the OH to agree is something else entirely. Apparently it's ...

Thanks nemo, and good point - we're big dog lovers, but I have two big concerns. Firstly, dogs can cause a lot of damage, and whist I do not allow my pets to jump all over everything, other people have different standards. Secondly; how do I secure a garden with a river? Our dogs don't wander off, b...

Wow - Thank you everyone for your reply's! I hadn't received a notification of a reply, and what with the busy Christmas, and January madness, I had not check back in some time. Ok to answer a few of the questions: To charles cawley: Yes - I completely agree, whilst the apartment will be at the back...

Hi, New to the site, and am a little bogged down by all the information! Basically looking for some advice.... My name is Joe, and my OH and I are about to move back to the family home in Wiltshire, of which we have a 44% share in the property. The house is beautiful, with a lovely stretch of the ri...
