Usually, when we receive emails from magazines wanting to feature our villas on their mag, it really is a 'featured listing' meaning, we just provide a press release, fact sheet and photos, they'll do the rest. Your Trip Advisor link, goes to Holiday Lettings, I know they are one company, but if you say it's TripAdvisor reviews, you should link to TripAdvisor URL, otherwise, say it's Holiday Lettings Reviews

Has anyone tried to ask if they are willing to work on a commission-based performance model?

Their offer to us was EUR 1,000 (from normal price of EUR 2,080) for 20 adverts.
